Project Overview

The Headstand Project was launched in 2010 as a means to raise Cancer awareness and funds for continued research via generous, subscriber's donations, directly to The American Cancer Society. Thousands of dollars have been raised thus far.
Through a series of random, non sensical, bizarre headstand photographs, throughout the country, my hope was to provide daily, light hearted, visual entertainment for interested subscribers. It began as a project to honor my Mom, Lucy who courageously fought the disease. It honors all of the brave people that continue to battle the disease. Most recently, the rebirth of the project is in honor of my brave daughter Heather, who inspires us daily with her courage and determination throughout her journey and fight. Please revisit the site as there are hundreds of postings as well as links to the three music videos that were created as a part of the project. Every little bit helps, so please make a small donation if you or someone you know has had a brush with Cancer. There is a direct link to the American Cancer Society on the right hand side of the page. Thank you for your support,
Scott
